Tim was born and raised in Fort Myers, Fl. In 1988, Tim graduated with a Civil Engineering Degree from The University of Florida. He also got his Masters in Business Administration in 1995 from the University of Southern Florida. In 1994 Tim founded Keene Engineering, LLC which transitioned to Keene Development, LLC in 2008. Tim has been providing Engineering and Development services for over 20 years in SWFL.
